Bukit Panjang Town
Bukit Panjang is a mid-sized housing estate located in the North-West part of Singapore. It has an estimated 40,000 HDB flats and a few thousand private property owners staying in both condominium and landed properties. It got its name from a Malay translation of a ‘long stretch of hills’. The town was initially known as Zhenghua too.
Today, Bukit Panjang is a vibrant town with 3 shopping malls. They are Hillion Mall, Bukit Panjang Plaza, and Junction 10 mall. There is also a very vibrant Bangkit market which is unofficially considered the town center.
This town is managed by Holland-Bukit Panjang Town Council. Its MPs comprise Mr. Liang Eng Hwa, Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan, and Mr Edward Chia Bing Hui serving the needs of Zhenghua residents in a different constituency.
Condominiums located in Bukit Panjang consist of Hazel Park, Dairy Farm, and Treehouse. There are also older condos ,such as Mayspring and Chestervale. Newer condos for sale include Blossom Residences and Hilion Residences.
Landed properties in Bukit Panjang are located in Cashew, Jalan Pakis Hazel Park Terrace, Almond Crescent to the prestige GCB area in Chestnut. Most of the landed properties are of freehold or 999 years tenure, except for Mera Garden and Michaels’ Residences, which are of 99 years tenure.
Bukit panjang HDB flats comprise both old, mature and new hdb flats. The older flats are located in Pending, Petir, Gangsa, Cashew and Fajar. The mature HDB flats are located in Jelapang, Senja, and Segar areas. Newer flats will be at Senja Green, Senja Parc View, Segar Vale, and Fajar Hill.

About Bukit Panjang Agent
I began my career in Bukit Panjang back in 2009 — the same year I entered the real estate industry. That year was a turning point for me. I was retrenched and unexpectedly laid off, and out of frustration and determination to rebuild, I decided to pursue real estate sales as a full-time career.
Real estate was not entirely new to me. I have a solid background spanning property management, investment sales, and property development, and I am a graduate of the National University of Singapore (NUS) with a degree in Real Estate.
The early years were extremely challenging. I considered giving up many times. Starting out with cold leads — and virtually no warm leads — tested my resilience. But I persevered. I constantly refined my sales approach, improved my delivery, and sharpened my negotiation and advisory skills.
That perseverance paid off. To date, I have successfully closed more than 600 property transactions — and truth be told, I’ve stopped counting. With over 16 years of sales experience, I have transacted across the full spectrum of properties, from HDB flats and private condominiums to landed homes and commercial properties.
